Menopause

Menopause usually occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55. Menopausal women often have symptoms of hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, and genital dryness due to insufficient secretion of hormones. Some more silent diseases may occur, such as bone. Loosing, coronary arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases endanger the body's health.

* How menopausal women retain their style during their years of life, and the health care tips are as follows:

‧Balanced diet:
Use less oil and less salt to cook; choose low-sugar, low-fat, low-cholesterol and high-fiber, high-calcium foods.

‧ Regular movements:
Exercise can reduce cholesterol levels in the blood, increase calcium storage in the bones, and improve physical fitness (exercise recommendations are shown in Table 1).

‧ cultivate interest and learn decompression skills:
Accept the advent of menopause with optimism. If symptoms of menopause cause discomfort, seek medical advice.

‧ Regular health check:
Also remember to do a Pap smear every year and do a monthly breast self-examination.
