- All charges shall not exceed the maximum charges listed above. Items not listed in this form shall not exceed the medical expenses payment standards of the National Health Insurance Bureau.
- Those who fall under the prescribed items of health insurance benefits:
(1) Specialized medical institutions for health insurance: handle according to the payment standards of health insurance.
(2) Non-health insurance special medical institutions: For example, the municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall approve the fees within the range of less than twice the health insurance payment standard (medical center level). - Room fees do not include food and milk fees.
- Those who seek medical treatment under the status of national health insurance shall follow the regulations of national health insurance.
- If there is any medical fee under special circumstances, it shall be reported to the competent health authority for approval.
